Die visie is tot stand gekomen na zorgvuldig opgebouwde overlegmomenten op alle niveaus: interne brainstormsessies, seminaries met directies en wereldcafés met meer dan 800 leerkrachten. We willen onze scholen aanmoedigen om in hun pedagogisch project te vertrekken vanuit de verwonderde blik van hun leerlingen. We stimuleren dat leerlingen op ontdekking gaan doordat de leerkrachten samenwerken en onderzoekend leren in hun lespraktijk centraal zetten. Zo leren onze leerlingen de juiste richting te kiezen.
